| What A Few of Our Subscribers Are Saying About Sunday’s Homily |
Fr. Michael,
Thank you so much for offering your homilies online.
I enjoy listening to them before Sunday Mass as your words help me find more meaning and connection when I am in the pew.
As we bring our 4 children to church I often find myself a little distracted trying to keep the 3 year old from crawling under the pew to join the family in front of us or offering the continuous reminders and encouraging gestures to the other 3 to pay attention and participate. I often miss the messages offered to me from the pulpit.
Your weekly words truly enhance my overall experience and ability to understand God's message…
Sincerely,
Patti Bishop |

I am truly grateful that Father Michael Librandi has made available to us his weekly Sunday Homily Service. Father Mike has been given the ability to take the readings for each Sunday, grasping their central theme, develop it, and make it clearly adaptable to our lives.

Dear Fr. Mike,
Benjamin (my 10 year old) and Mary (my 6 year old) and I just listened to the last two homilies that you posted.
Ben said:
"He has convinced me to try to live more like the poor, and to give stuff away more often, and not keep as much. Good job!"
Mary said:
"From this day on, I will try to be more like the poor. And, I will give stuff to Salvation Army." (This is really what she said, I did not add anything!)
Bottom line, we especially liked your talk about almsgiving, and it has given us something to think about and talk about. The weight of some of the stuff we have has loaded us down in more ways than one, and we have been really working on giving things away. Your homily encouraged us to continue...and reminded us that our blessings (stuff) can bless us more if we just part with them...
If my two children can sit and listen to two of your homilies back to back, you must be doing something right, Father!
God bless you....
Sincerely,
Jennifer |

Dear Mike,
Since I have used your homily service over the past two months, I would like to share with you what I like about your service compared to other sources I have used. You are very true to the text and scripture readings with an amazing in-depth understanding and exegesis of each reading. (I pay more attention to the responsorial psalm than before).
You are also gifted in connecting the four readings into one theme. I can tell that you spend hours thinking, reflecting, and looking at how these readings apply to our ordinary everyday experiences. Keep up the great work!
