Institute on the Art and Skill of Understanding

“You just don’t understand.”
“You never listen to me.”
Ever hear those words before?
Do you ever feel that you’re not listened to?
Do you ever feel misunderstood?
If you sometimes feel that way,

What makes you think your customers or clients or students or patients or counselees don’t?

Give Us Just Three Days in Rockford,Illinois, on
November 16th, 17th, and 18th, and We’ll Teach You How to
Use The Power of Listening and Understanding!

If You Don’t Know What Your Customers, Clients, Patients or Counselees Are Thinking, They’re Probably Thinking Of Leaving You.

You Already Know
that when Your customers/clients feel that
You Are Not Listening to them
They begin to Write You Off.

HERE’S HOW TO:
*
Learn to Really Listen to Them
*
Help Them Feel Understood
*
Understand What’s Going On In Their Heads

Then Use That Understanding to Not Only Re-Ignite their Commitment to Your Product, Business, or Service – But also Create a Deeper Connection Between you that is Lasting.

If you are a professional counselor, a priest, a deacon, a spiritual director, a religious sister or brother, people come to you with their problems and concerns.
They want to be listened to and understood, not judged and given advice.

Everyone wants to be accepted
Everyone is afraid of being judged
That’s why they don’t tell you what they really think or feel

But You need to know what they feel or think if you are to serve them

* You will learn how to reassure them that you do understand them
* You will learn how to let them know that you accept them and are really interested in helping them
* You will learn how to truly know what they are feeling

If you are in business or a service profession you know it is vital to understand your potential and existing customers and clients. If you don’t understand them and their needs, they will go somewhere else.

This Institute is for Catholic/Christian Businessmen, Businesswomen, Managers, Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Attorneys, Counselors, Teachers, Tutors, Clergy, Priests, Deacons, Religious Sisters and Brothers, Spiritual Directors, Administrators, Real Estate Brokers, Insurance Sales Personnel, Human Resource Personnel, and YOU.

In Three Days You Will Learn the Art and Skill of Understanding

You will learn how to listen and understand.
But Be Aware
This Is Not just a “how-to-do-it” course.
It’s Not just the cookbook.
It’s Not just a series of “recipes”

We will take you right into “the kitchen”
and teach you how to cook.
You will practice the skills in small groups and be coached by experienced resource people

Psst... I’ll Let You In On A SECRET...

Networking is one of the most important benefits of attending a workshop/seminar

Here’s a few tips for networking

1Tip #1: Make some new friends. Keep in mind that other people in your same business or profession or ministry can give you insights you may never have thought of. Be interested and listen to them in order to understand their take on things.

2Tip #2: Meet people in other businesses or professions. Sometimes you can use an idea or process from an unrelated business or profession and adapt it to your own business, profession or ministry.

3Tip #3: During meals, sit next to people you don’t know. You never know...they may end up having just the resource you need to tap a dormant opportunity!

4Tip #4: When meeting someone new, try to think of ways you can help them. You may find out later they are the perfect person to help you with a marketing problem or promotion effort.

5Tip #5: Bring business cards and promotional material and give it to people you meet one-on-one. Don’t leave flyers or blanket marketing collateral lying around. You don’t want to be perceived as a blatant advertiser or “spammer.”

.

As a Catholic Priest/Pastor I’ve attended many business seminars and discovered techniques and strategies that worked well to help grow my parish church. By the same token I’ve taught businessmen and women about the connectivity of the communion of saints and the power of morality and integrity in running a business. We can all learn from one another.

After attending a business seminar on strategic planning I implemented a planning council in the parish. Within one year we grew from 86 families to 146 families. At that seminar the presenter asked me to explain the altruism of saints like Mother Teresa. These were not Catholic businessmen and women but they wanted to learn what altruism could do for their companies. They learned that by giving back to their communities their businesses grew. It’s all about forming relationships.

I encourage you to network at this Institute because

That’s What It’s All About!
That’s The Power Of Listening and Understanding

And here’s one last tip: Most people are more likely to form strategic alliances with others they have met in person, as opposed to people they have only met “online.”

What’s It Worth To Have OVER 91+ Years Of
Listening-Understanding Experience in One Room at One Time?

In this seminar, We bring you the best information, the best training, and the most useful techniques from the most knowledgeable experts in the country all in one room for 3 power-packed days.

Calculate it this way. Let’s be conservative... say, on average, each speaker charges a very nominal $100 an hour for their time — that’s a bare bones minimum, as most speakers charge upwards from $200 to $500 an hour. Now, multiply that by 2 speakers, and multiply that by 3 days (minimum of 15 hours).

The value of the time alone is worth over an estimated $3,000!

And that doesn’t account for all the networking opportunities, the individual access to the staff and speakers, the breakfasts, the refreshments, the buffet lunches, the sit down dinner, the exclusive hotel discount, and the free bonuses.

But it doesn’t stop here... read this!

We Want To Be Fair With Your Pocketbook...

Think about this for a minute.

How much would you expect to pay for such a powerful seminar? How much would you have to pay out to be able to gain access to not only life-changing content, but also star speakers who are recognized experts with proven track records? How about all the amazing bonuses and extras?

$5,000? Maybe $3,000? Well, I am not going to use some slick sales gimmick and tell you we have priced the seminar at some ridiculously overly inflated price, and then lower it down to next to nothing. I am sure you are smart enough to realize that is just a marketing ploy.

What we offer at the Institute on the Art and Skill of Understanding is real-world value And really, it’s priceless. It can change your life and your relationships both professional and personal.

Lives have been changed from the content and skills taught in this seminar. Each and every minute will give you new insights. Fr. Tranel and Msgr. Brady have had rave reviews all over the world. Over 150 Colleges and Universities and more than 25 Military bases in at least 10 countries. Their acceptance by even the toughest Air Force Personnel is proof positive that this event is a real steal. No other event of this caliber comes close!

But First I Want to WARN You:

This Event Is NOT For Everyone

Here are the 4 qualifications you must meet in order to attend...

    1. You must be committed to understanding the presenter and learning the skills.
    2. You must agree to put aside your natural resistance to learning. Most adults have a natural resistance to learning. We are anxious to show that we have knowledge and many times this gets in the way of understanding the teacher.
    3. You must be willing to participate and not anticipate. In order for you to be proficient in using the skills you will learn, you must be willing to practice them. No one is born knowing these skills so you will be coached and helped to get them correct. It is not always easy to take correction no matter how friendly, but this is necessary to hone your skills.
    4. You must be willing to invest in yourself. The Rockford 2008 Institute on the Art and Skill of Understanding costs only $777.52 to attend. Considering the value it represents, I can’t imagine anyone who is really serious about success not jumping on this opportunity.
